چکیده
Lignocellulolytic enzymes play an important role in various industrial applications as well the sustainable valorisation of lignocellulosic materials. Enzyme production using fungi has shown great advantages such high enzyme diversity, efficiency, and availability solid waste raw Agricultural waste, abundant non-food competitive feedstock, can be used to produce fungal lignocellulolytic enzymes. Pretreatment helps break down complex structure material, thereby significantly improving product yield but also requiring more energy consumption. Multiple fermentation technologies, including submerged fermentation, solid-state co-culture, for producing Process optimisation may promote productivity without additional investment. Genetic engineering is useful enhancing meet requirements. This review summarises research progress from agricultural wastes via advanced strategies. It aims provide technical references scale-up

Lignocellulolytic enzyme production of Pleurotus ostreatus growth in agroindustrial wastes
The mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus has nutritional and medicinal characteristics that depend on the growth substrate. In nature, this fungus grows on dead wood, but it can be artificially cultivated on agricultural wastes (coffee husks, eucalyptus sawdust, corncobs and sugar cane bagasse). The degradation of agricultural wastes involves some enzyme complexes made up of oxidative (laccase, mangane...
متن کاملProduction of Lignocellulolytic Enzymes by Mushrooms
Biopolymers contained within or derived from plant biomass form by far the largest pool of soil carbon. The decomposition of lignocellulose in the soil environment thus attracts considerable attention. Lignocellulose is composed mainly of the polysaccharidic polymers cellulose and hemicelluloses, and the polyphenolic polymer lignin. During transformation in soils, humic substances (humus, humic...
متن کاملEthanol production from agricultural wastes using Sacchromyces cervisae
The main objective of this study was production of ethanol from three lignocellulosic biomasses like sugarcane bagasse, rice straw and wheat straw by Sacchromyces cervisae. All the three substrates were ground to powder form (2 mm) and pretreated with 3%H2O2 + 2% NaOH followed by steaming at 130 °C for 60 min. These substrates were hydrolyzed by commercial cellulase enzyme. The whole fermentati...
متن کاملExpression of lignocellulolytic enzymes in Pichia pastoris
BACKGROUND Sustainable utilization of plant biomass as renewable source for fuels and chemical building blocks requires a complex mixture of diverse enzymes, including hydrolases which comprise the largest class of lignocellulolytic enzymes. These enzymes need to be available in large amounts at a low price to allow sustainable and economic biotechnological processes.Over the past years Pichia ...
متن کاملFungi Unearthed: Transcripts Encoding Lignocellulolytic and Chitinolytic Enzymes in Forest Soil
BACKGROUND Fungi are the main organisms responsible for the degradation of biopolymers such as lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose, and chitin in forest ecosystems. Soil surveys largely target fungal diversity, paying less attention to fungal activity. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS Here we have focused on the organic horizon of a hardwood forest dominated by sugar maple that spreads widely acro...
